Italian Hill Tribes list?

Postby altfritz » Thu Mar 07, 2013 12:48 pm

Hi Guys,

Where do I find the Italian Hill Tribes list? It is referenced using that name under the Etruscan, Samnites and Early Roman lists IIRC so I assume there is meant to be a separate list.

Regards,

Where did you see this list mentioned? Is it Hill Tribes at the time of the Roman monarchy or the Republican times?

In the PDF downloads, the Etruscans, Samnites and Early Roman lists all have Italian Hill Tribes as possible allies. I assume there is a PDF for the Italian Hill Tribes that has gotten lost somehow...

Ah, right. I was just reading about them, the Volsci and Aequi. I don't know what fighting tactics they used, but they must have been pretty ferocious to overrun Latium and give the Romans a hard time for a good part of the 5th century BC. Romans seemed to have subdued them near the beginning of the 4th century, since mention of them fades from the records. Maybe they'll use the warband rule.
